Comfortable stay with room for improvement

Our family enjoyed our stay, especially the clean and spacious room. The staff were welcoming and quick to assist us when our key cards malfunctioned. Breakfast could definitely use more variety, but the heated pool was a highlight. Pro tip, request extra pillows in advance!

Had an awesome stay with friends! We loved that we were close to the Disney theme parks and enjoyed the shuttle service. The complimentary breakfast was a great fuel for our busy days at the parks. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, making it a great spot for our group getaway.

One issue we had was during check-in when our poolside room wasn't ready, which delayed our start. However, the staff quickly provided us with another room, so it worked out in the end.

A Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Place

I stayed here for 4 nights with friends. While the rooms were basic, I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness. Our room had a moldy smell, ants, and even bug bites after switching rooms. The breakfast offered was bland. My advice, look elsewhere for a better stay.
